Placing an order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card
information. If you would like to place an order by phone, please call us at 1-803-286-6792
Mon. thru Fri. 9am to 5 pm (EST).

If you have questions regarding any of our products, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at
info@myjewelryboxes.com or complete the form on our contact us page.

Rush Orders
In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at My Jewelry Boxes, please call us during
normal business hours at 1-803-286-6792. We will do what ever we can to accommodate you.

Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.  Nevertheless,
rest assured that you can return any item for any reason. We want you to be happy.

We accept returns only within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping paid by customer with the exception of a damaged
product. In the event of exchange we will ship the new item ground service at no additional charge.

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@myjewelryboxes.com within 10 days of receiving
your product. You will be given a return authorization number. We will accept authorized return within 10 days as long
as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Master card, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal.

We can also accept cashier's checks and money orders. To use a cashier's check or money order please contact us
at info@myjewelryboxes.com with the item(s) you wish to purchase and a shipping address and we will get back to
you with a total price of item and shipping. All orders by cashier's check or money orders will be sent upon receipt of
payment.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of South Carolina (6%). All other states are
tax-exempt.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 7 days from when the order was placed. Many orders will ship sooner. Sorry we do not ship to
Military addresses. We also only ship in the continental United States.

Shipping
Most orders ship UPS. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight. If you
need something sent 2nd day or overnight, please contact us at 1-803-286-6792.
